Pakistani PM to Address Parliament on Bin Laden Killing

Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani would take the parliamentarians into confidence regarding the US incursion into Pakistani territory to kill Osama bin Laden; meanwhile unusual statements are being expected from the PM Gilani, South Asian News Agency (SANA) reported.

The government has decided to take into confidence the parliament regarding the new defence policy and regarding the review on the foreign policy of the country.

In this regard the political and military leadership of the country have completed its initial consultations; meanwhile the thorough debate in the National Assembly would be conducted on the Abbottabd episode.

The debate on the issue is already in progress in the upper house of the parliament; meanwhile Prime Minister Gilani would take the parliament into confidence regarding the national sovereignty.

In the result of the suggestions of the parliamentarians the change in the defence and foreign policy of the country would be made.

According to the sources the initial report of the Abbottabd incident has been presented to the government; meanwhile the government is seriously considering setting up a commission to investigate the incident.
