Iran ready to negotiate, if IAEA observes fairness

In an interview with ICANA on Sunday, Kowsari said: "If the IAEA is going to continue its double standards in dealing with Iran's nuclear program, the Iranian government will have no obligation to resume the talks."

Referring to Iran's openness to the inspections made by the international organizations into the country's nuclear facilities, he said: "As long as IAEA is following the policies adopted by the hegemonic powers, the reports released by the agency is regarded as baseless and completely biased."
