IAEA should revise approaches

Jalai said, "The commission is trying to find a solution for continuation of the cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and hopes the Board of Governors and the agency would revise their approaches in this regard and do not continue their illegal, unreasonable path which is based on the political views of western powers."

“Leaving the membership of Non-Proliferation Treaty and the IAEA regulations is not what we desire and for the same reason we have cooperated with the agency over past 3 decades which led to the IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano’s cruel report,” Jalali told reporters.

He continued, “Why the IAEA does not hand the documents if it enjoys any?”

He noted, “The Islamic Republic of Iran is not a regime that would be confronted or threatened easily.”
