West is not serious for talks

Jalali said setting of "pre-condition plan" proposed by P5+1 for holding negotiation with Iran shows the West's lack of serious will to hold talks under a purposeful framework.

Jalali stressed Iran has a good will in this regard, saying," We held talks with p5+1 several times, but setting pre-condition and leaving the negotiation have occurred by them."

He noted Iran has never rejected holding negotiations and has never left the table of talks, stressing P5+1 countries have chosen other way simultaneous with holding negotiation with Iran which goes against the countries' good will.

He further noted that five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany should comprehend Iranian nation's message and that serious strategy should be taken if any negotiation is aimed to be held.
