Iran opposed to suspension of uranium enrichment

In an interview with ICANA on Tuesday, Naqavi Hosseini said, "The upcoming round of talks between Iran and P5+1 group in Baghdad will not include the suspension of uranium enrichment by Iran."

He further noted, "After years of hard work, Iranian scientists have successfully indigenized the nuclear science and the Iranian government will never give up making progress in this field."

"Iran has repeatedly emphasized that its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes and Iranian officials will never take a step backward in defending such a right," he added.
