Anything out of Istanbul talks' framework unacceptable

Broujerdi made the comment speaking with the reporters on the sideline of a conference called “The outcomes of 64 years of Palestine’s occupation by the Zionist regime”.

“Istanbul talks are the basis for Baghdad talks and Tehran will not accept anything out of that framework; there have been some talks with the G5+1 member states in the weeks ahead of Baghdad talks; as visiting Former French Prime Minister Michel Rocard has said recently, there were positive signals from Istanbul nuclear talks.”

The official pointed to the common grounds for cooperation between Iran and G5+1, adding that Tehran has offered its anti-terrorism package to the western side.

“Whatever the result of negotiations between the two sides would be, the parliament would approve it.”
