West must avoid previous mistakes

Service : Politic
Tehran, May 26, (ICANA) – Member of parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Esmail Kowsari stressed Iran's insistence on maintaining its inalienable nuclear rights, and advised the western states attending the multilateral talks with Tehran to avoid launching smear campaign against Iran, calling the move a lost game which has been fruitlessly used by the West after each previous round of negotiations.

Kowsari made the remarks in reaction to the western media allegations that International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspectors have found uranium enriched to the purity level of 27 percent in Iran.

Kowsari dismissed the unfounded reports, and said, "Such games have been tested during the last decade and have not produced any result for you (the West), therefore you'd better refrain from repeating this lost game."

He underlined Iran's strong will to defend its inalienable nuclear rights, and said the country has informed the western side of its firm stance.
