Tehran, June 11, (ICANA) – Member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Mansour Haghighat-Pour says that refusal of 5+1 group (six major world powers) in holding preliminary meeting between the deputies of the both sides indicates that they are greatly worried about the potential success of the Iranian side in the future negotiations in Moscow.

P5+1 worried about Iran's success at Moscow talks

In an interview with ICANA on Monday, Mansour Haghighat-Pour said, "the Westerners clearly received Iran's logical stance during the recent meeting in Baghdad and they are continuing to waste the time in order to delay any potential agreement on Iran's nuclear issue."

"There was no reason to cancel the preliminary meetings between deputies of both sides and this clearly proves that the Westerners are worried about Iran's potential success in Moscow," he added.

P5+1 have so far refused to discuss the agenda of Moscow talks with Iran's negotiating teams.

Helga Schmid, deputy to EU foreign policy chief, Catherine Ashton, and his Iranian counterpart, Ali Baqeri, were originally supposed to hammer out the agenda for Moscow talks through preliminary meetings in Moscow.
