MP urges Myanmar neighbors to pressure Yangon to stop Muslim massacre

Bakhshayesh noted the Iranian foreign ministry's options for stopping the current ethnic cleansing in Myanmar, and stated, "The foreign ministry should issue statement and establish contact with Myanmar's neighboring states to work out a condition in which no more crime happens (against the Muslims) in that country."

He lashed out at the international circles, Muslim states in particular, for their silence on the plight of Muslims in Myanmar, and said Muslims have failed to adopt a unified stance in this regard due to their lack of unity.
