Larijani congratulates Kenyan and Mauritanian National Day

Tehran, Dec 3, (ICANA) -- Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani in a message to his Kenyan counterpart Kenneth Marende and Kenyan Senate Speaker Mamdo Bare congratulated them Kenya's National Day.

He said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is willing to expand friendly cooperation with African countries.

Larijani hoped that mutual endeavors of the two countries senior officials would lead to further expansion of friendly ties between Iarn and Kenya.

Larijani said that parliamentary relations would help reinforce economic cooperation.

Meanwhile, in a message to his Mauritanian counterpart Messaoud Ould Boulkheir, Larijani congratulated him Mauritania's National Day.

Pointing to Iran's principled policy to expand friendly cooperation with African and Islamic countries, he called for enhanced economic cooperation between the two countries.

Larijani hoped for mutual endeavors to further expand the friendly ties between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Mauritania.

Larijani underlined effective role of parliamentary relations for the reinforcement and strengthening of ties in all fields of mutual interests.
