Iran not to accept undertakings beyond NPT

"Iran acts precisely upon the NPT rules and doesn't accept the imposition of anything beyond the NPT rules," Heidarpour said on Monday.

Implying a West-driven demand by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to visit Iran's Parchin military site, the prominent lawmaker reiterated that "the Islamic Republic of Iran would never accept the westerners' precondition for visiting the centers which are not related to the nuclear activities".

Heidarpour underlined that the western powers should know that the Islamic Republic of Iran does not need to take orders or permissions from anyone, and that no country or group can intimidate Iran into giving up its rights.
