US court judgment against Iran under the pretext of September 11th is contrary to international laws

Islamic Consultative Assembly News Agency – Muhammad Ali Isfanani referring to the verdict issued from an American court against Islamic Republic of Iran in which Iran should pay more than ten million dollars compensation for September eleventh attacks, said: the American court does not match to the international legal laws neither in theory nor in function, therefore such verdicts are not acceptable.

"Since the verdicts should be compatible with the laws and both sides of lawsuit must have opportunity to defend, it should be said that the American court has behaved unlike to the set principals and also since the court is in the United States of America, the neutrality of that is unproven", said the representative of people of Fereidan, Fereidoonshahr, Chadegan, Booein and Miandasht in the Iranian Parliament.

He continued: there is no relevance and relationship between Iran and the September eleventh attacks, so our country has no responsibility in that and according to this there should not be issued any verdict against Iran; I think this verdict is due to and under the influence of anti-Iran political space in the United States.
