French National Assembly's speaker visits Iran with the aim of strengthening parliamentary relations

Islamic Consultative Assembly News Agency - Claude Bartolone the speaker of the National Assembly the lower house of the bicameral Parliament of France under the Fifth Republic will come to Tehran for a four day trip. He will come in the coming hours.

Head of French national assembly will visit his Iranian counterpart tomorrow in order to strengthen the bilateral parliamentary relations and debating the issues on regional and international matters.

Bartolone is a member of the Socialist Party; he has been elected to the National Assembly, representing the Seine-Saint-Denis department, since 1981. He served in the government as Minister for the City from 1998 to 2002, and he has been president of the Seine-Saint-Denis General Council from 2008 to 2012.

In the recent three years lots of foreign officials have come to Iran; Islamic Republic of Iran now is counted as one of the most considered countries around the world.
