Iran and Kenya have a common look in the fight against terrorism

Islamic Consultative Assembly News Agency – Kenya's speaker of national assembly and Iran's speaker of Islamic Consultative Assembly had a common news conference after their meeting.

Ali Larijani the Iranian side says: We are going to develop our bilateral relationships; bilateral cooperation in economic, agricultural, industrial and so many other fields will be widespread.

The top Kenyan parliamentarian, in turn, said his country is resolved to bolster ties with Iran in all spheres.

He also hailed Iran’s progress in the field of technology and engineering, saying Nairobi is set to pave the way for the participation of Iranian firms in the African country’s economic projects.

Justin Bedan Njoka Muturi of Kenya, for his part, appreciated the hospitality of Iranian officials and nation stating “the talks emphasized strengthening of mutual friendly, economic and cultural relations.”

Iran maintains an embassy in Nairobi. Additionally, Kenya has an embassy in Tehran.
