Some Iranian representatives inhabit in Mali- Bamako to participate in the Twelfth Islamic Inter-Parliamentary Summit, visited al-Mustafa University and Fatima Al-Zahra Seminary.

Islamic Consultative Assembly News Agency - Tayyebeh Siavoshi Shah-Enayati currently member of the Parliament of Iran representing Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat, Pardis and Eslamshahr electoral district, Masoome Aqapoor AliShahi representing Shabestar and some other MPs who participate in the Twelfth Islamic Inter-Parliamentary Summit, visited Jamea-t al Mustafa (Al-Mustafa International University - MIU) and Fatima Al-Zahra Seminary and Charity foundation in Mali – Bamako.

Fatima Al-Zahra Seminary and Charity foundation belongs totally to private sector and its budget is funded by Iranian donors. This institute is receptive students from eleven West African countries such as Senegal, Niger, Nigeria, Ghana and Mauritania.

Al-Mustafa International University (MIU) is an international academic, Islamic and university-style seminary institute in Qom, Iran established in 1979. It has international branches and affiliate schools.

Besides participation in international scientific-cultural forum, Al-Mustafa University is a member of the following international scientific forums and organizations:

Federation of the Universities of the Islamic World (FUIW)

International Association of Universities (IAU)

International Association of University Presidents (IAUP)

Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP)

Union of Islamic World Students (Rohama)

Islamic Consultative Assembly News Agency - The twelfth session of the Islamic Inter-Parliamentary Union officially opened yesterday with the presence of the Iranian parliamentary delegation and Parliament's speakers of delegations participating in the meeting in Bamako.

Parliamentary delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran headed by Kazem Jalali a member in executive committee of Islamic Inter-parliamentary Union has six other members: AbdelReza Azizi MP from Shirvan, Seied Mustafa Zulqadr MP from Minab, Allahyar Malekshahi MP from Kuhdasht, Masoome Aqapoor Alishahi MP form Shabestar, Mohammad Kazemi MP from Malayer and AbdelHamid Khedri MP from Booshehr.
