Tehran, Feb 12, ICANA - There should be formed an Islamic International Court in a third country to address the rights of Mina disaster's survivors remaining.

Islamic Consultative Assembly News Agency – "Saudi Arabia is obliged to provide the blood money of the martyrs of Mina disaster according to its internal rules", said Jahanbakhsh Mohebbi Nia referring to how the legal pursuit of Mena disaster victims.

"Saudis could claim that they are Muslim in a time that does not exist any rights around their necks so they should mind and pay attention to safeguard the rights of victims and those who were murdered", continued Jahanbakhsh who is representing Miandoab, Shahindezh and Takab electoral district.

"If the Saudis refuse to address the rights of Mina disaster victims, we can complain to the international court and the United Nations to give rights of our nation and there is no limitation in between": the MP.

"On the other side we face with qatil ez ziham or killed in crowding and due to the existence of Hanbali sect in Saudi Arabia, there is the method to pay to this point as "if someone is killed due to congestion, it is the responsibility of the government of that country" thus, on the grounds Saudi Arabia should accept paying the blood money", emphasizing on existence of multiple institutions to put pressure on Saudi courts.
