Iran’s Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Committee spokesman Hossein Naqavi Hosseini made the remarks in an interview with ICANA.

The lawmaker underlined that the terrorists fled to Pakistan’s territories after killing the Iranian border guards in an ambush.

He also seriously condemned the terrorist attack, urging the Iranian government to deal with the case in an appropriate manner.

The Islamic Republic of Iran is capable enough to safeguard its borders’ security, the MP said, underlying that Islamabad’s security weakness is bringing heavy costs for Iran.

In the recent terrorist attack, two more Iranian border guards were also injured.

Mirjaveh is located 75 km east of the provincial capital city of Zahedan.
